"Diving In"
Easter celebrations can be as inviting as the sight of a swimming hole on a hot summer day. Jesus, this prophet and teacher from the middle of nowhere, all of a sudden rising from the dead and thereby saving the world. There is no way you can just walk by His life without at least going for a little dip! Ah, go on…take the plunge, dive in and see for yourself!
Who was Jesus? Where did He come from? Who did Jesus think He was? What were his teachings? What did Christ ultimately want from us? What does all that mean to me?
From now through the Victoria Day weekend, we are going to be "Diving In" to the life, teachings and ministry of Jesus with questions and challenges as we explore some stories from the Gospel of John.
